A Unique Solution to Investment

Most clubs/investment groups focus on investment strategies that only offer their members out of state deals to participate in.  These deals are often being controlled by a developer that has some small token return for “early buy-in” or “capital assistance”.  The investors are rarely involved with the overall design and ownership, but merely sidelined throughout the process.

Selaro R·E·D Group has teamed with Valley Home Development (VHD), a local Developer that utilizes the latest building techniques. This allows the Selaro R·E·D Group the opportunity to offer local Investments that are profitable to its investors.   VHD has been making waves in the Bay Area over the last few years by utilizing Modular homes and component construction techniques to build homes faster and in a non-traditional environments such as hillside or sloped lots, narrow in-fill lots and properties most local conventional "stick" builders can't find a profitable solution for.

With all the buzz about Green Building, it’s no wonder the Selaro R·E·D Group's investment strategies that utilize VHD are generating a great deal of interest.  Modular homes were green before there was a definition for green.  Built entirely in a covered environment, these homes generate far less waste, utilize environmentally conscious materials and provide a healthier living space than their traditional “site-built” counterpart.

With an average build cycle that is 25%-50% less than any other building solution, green has never been more attainable or profitable.
